How long will I have to wait before I can participate in the Leadership Pulse?

Each month, the Leadership Pulse will launch on the first Tuesday of the month and remain open for two weeks.  If you sign up during this time, we add you (and your team for Leader Associates) as quickly as possible and send you a link to the current Leadership Pulse.  If you sign up after the Leadership Pulse closes, the only time you will have to wait longer than two weeks would be if the month has 5 Tuesdays.

How long will I have to wait before I see my results?

You can view your energy data immediately after submitting your responses on your personal energy diary.  Your personal industry comparison report will be available a few days after the final close date of the pulse.  (Each pulse is scheduled to remain open for two weeks and full comparison reports won’t be available until after we have all the responses).  You will receive an email letting you know that your reports are available.  The email will include registration instructions if you have not yet registered in our online reporting system.

How long will I have to wait before I see my team's results?

For Leader Associates, the team report will be available a few days after the final close date of the pulse, at the same time that personal industry comparison reports are made available.  You will receive an email letting you know that your reports are now available.  The email will include registration instructions if you have not yet registered in our online reporting system.

What should I do with my data?

We suggest that you review your energy diary and reflect on what is affecting your energy and how you can act to optimize your own energy and how your leader can support your optimization efforts.

Also review your personal comparison reports.  Look for where your responses are consistent with the averages and where you might be an outlier.

For Leader Associates, review your team reports and think about any actions that you or your team should take to improve in the subject areas.  Use the reports to reflect personally and to kickoff team discussions.

Why do I have to give my demographics?

Having the demographics of each participant allows the Leadership Pulse research team to dive further into the data, spot trends, develop insight, and share that with participants.  Your individual demographics will never exposed to other participants, nor do we sell this data.
