NEW Platinum Leadership Team Pulse offers the best learning (paid membership)

When you join the Platinum Leadership Team Pulse, your team will receive an initial pulse survey to diagnose your team’s energy and strength. The diagnostic tool will be customized for your team based on your initial sessions with one of the Leadership Pulse team’s data coaches. After the initial session, the team leader will work directly with the coach on each of the leadership pulse dialogues (our word for survey). The coach will help the team leader understand the data, work with the materials provided to the team leader, and focus on using the data to drive interactive dialogues with team members. The coach will help customize the process during the year, get to know your team, and help your team reach out to other leaders and teams around the world who can provide benchmarking and learning.

One-year membership fee is less than the cost of most conferences and less than the cost of a 3-month executive coaching engagement, and the benefit of membership goes beyond you to your entire team.

DATA COACHING CUSTOMIZED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS

  • One-on-one coaching time for the team leader.
  • Base membership fee provides coaching focused on the initial diagnostics run for your team and then for each leadership pulse dialogue (survey) conducted for the next 12 months (run every 2 to 3 months).
  • Coaching helps you create a shared learning environment, with team members helping each other learn through application of the data and benchmarking to their own team and organization.
  • Work to create best practices, share them, learn from them, and develop 'next practices'. As a platinum team leader, you will have access to case studies and best practices shared by other teams (from around the world).
  • Annual learning review of your data and results.
  • You can work with the leadership pulse team to share successes (and experiments that may not be so successful) by being a case study company.
  • Learn to be a data coach and teach other teams.

SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTING AND LEARNING TOOLS

  • Include up to 100 members of your team for the platinum base membership (you can include more than 100 in customized programs).
  • Upon joining, your team will receive an energy and team diagnostics report and debrief (on-line reports and debrief by your coach).
  • You also will work with an eePulse client solutions manager to customize your on-line reports to meet your unique needs.
  • Team leader gets access to group level on-line reports within days after each dialogue closes.
  • Every team member receives personal on-line reports.
  • You can add questions to the standard leadership pulse.
  • Additional benchmarking provided (other than industry, such as by firm performance, job level, firm size, etc.).
  • Team members have access to an event log (personal journal for all team members)
  • Your team uses the action taking technology, making it easy to share actions and results.
  • Custom "meeting in the box" presentation for you to use with your team.
