The Leadership Pulse is not a one-time event. Participants learn from peers, their own team members and experts in the field of leadership and organization behavior. By participating in four to five very short pulse surveys per year and working on your own data, you make progress that escalates your career, helps your team excel in performance, and provides you with a way to help teach others in your organization.
